Overview (dev)

This will open the landing page linked to the state of the quote.

• quick quotes will open the proposal flow
• full quotes without a selected pack (TPL, Mini Omnium, Base, ...) will open the overview page
• full quotes with a selected pack (TPL, Mini Omnium, Base, ...) will open the quote detail page and start the quote flow
• quotes with underwriting issues will show the underwriting issues page
